<p><strong>Prices displayed on TeleprompterPAD.com include VAT for customers within the European Union.</strong> For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the displayed price.</p>

<p>We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors, orders with incorrect pricing due to technical errors, orders that exceed reasonable quantities for personal use, or orders flagged by our fraud prevention systems. If we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you and issue a full refund.</p>

<p>We may request additional verification for orders flagged as potentially fraudulent, including but not limited to identity verification, alternative payment method, or delivery address confirmation. Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation.</p>

<p>Delivery estimates provided at checkout are non-binding estimates. We make every reasonable effort to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. <p>For consumers within the EU, risk of loss passes to you upon physical delivery of the goods. For orders shipped outside the EU, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.</p>
